How to Verify HAVAL H6 Front Bumper Fitment Before You Order
How to confirm part number, sensor holes and finish before ordering a HAVAL H6 front bumper.
Two front bumpers side by side in a catalogue can be three different orders for the same vehicle. The HAVAL H6 has been built since 2017 across several facelifts, and the HEV version arrived with its own front-end design.
Fitment verification is a process, not a checkbox. Before OOZOM confirms any haval h6 parts quotation we check vehicle identity, the full part number, the standard and HEV difference, sensor provisions, finish and export packaging.
The routine below takes about fifteen minutes per model year, and it is the sequence we apply before any haval h6 hev front bumper leaves our loading bay.

Bumper covers staged for loading. Bracing decides whether a container arrives flat or with cracked tabs.
Why the H6 Front Bumper Is Never a One-Size Order
An H6 front bumper is an assembly, not a moulding: cover, grille interface, lower grille bar, fog lamp bezels and sensor provisions carry separate numbers, revised independently across the production run.
Step 1: Fix the Exact Vehicle First
Record model, model year, powertrain, trim and the VIN of one vehicle in your yard. The VIN resolves the build record and separates a facelift car from a pre-facelift car with the same name.
Step 2: Read the Part Number, Not the Photograph
Catalogue titles are marketing copy; part numbers are identifiers. The covers we carry sit in the 2803 and 2804 series, for example 2803117XKN01A and 2804112XKN03A, and the last two characters separate a revision or fitment variant.
Cover assembly 2803117XKN01A. Confirm the full number against the VIN first.
Step 3: Separate the H6 From the H6 HEV Front End
The H6 HEV is not a trim package. A haval h6 hev front bumper carries its own number with a different lower valance, grille and lamp provisions. Cross-ordering an HEV section onto a petrol car turns a small saving into a full replacement cycle.
Step 4: Check Mounting Points, Sensor Bores and Finish
Compare four things against the part you replace: mounting tabs, sensor bore count and spacing, fog lamp and grille cut-outs, and finish. A cover with no provision for a four-sensor park assist kit will take water behind the trim. Primed covers suit bodyshops; black textured parts ship ready to fit.
A second cover number for the same model. Two numbers can cover one year, so the suffix decides.
Step 5: The Lower Grille Bar Is a Separate Order
The lower grille bar has its own line, for example 2803131XST01A, and it is the item buyers forget because it barely shows in a front-view photograph. It clips to the bumper, so a mismatch can crack the lower section in cold weather.

Sample First, Then the Container
We sample at one piece, because a single sample held against the vehicle in your yard settles in a day what an email thread leaves open. Stock colour items ship in seven to fifteen days, so verification costs a fraction of a container of the wrong part.
Packaging, Container Density and Freight
A bumper is a large hollow item, and freight is often the largest line in an import quotation. OOZOM designs compliant packaging per item type and optimises nesting to target 5 to 20 percent better container utilisation and 75 percent lower damage.

Panels measured against the original vehicle before packing. Matching on the bench costs less than a claim later.
What to Send Us Before We Quote
One message with VINs per vehicle class, the part numbers you are cross-checking, the finish, quantity per variant and destination port lets our engineering, purchasing and logistics desks answer in one pass. Expect questions on build date, powertrain and sensor kit.
Where Buyers Most Often Get It Wrong
Ordering by a year range instead of a build date, treating a haval body kit as one number when it is six or seven, and skipping the sample because the catalogue photograph looked right. These are information problems, and they are solved before the goods move.

Final match check on the sample before the production run is released to packing.
Fitment verification checklist
- VIN or model year recorded for every vehicle class
- Petrol and HEV variants on separate order lines
- Full part number confirmed to the final character
- Sensor bore count and spacing checked
- Fog lamp and grille cut-outs matched to the trim
- Finish specified as raw, primed or black textured
- Lower grille bar added to the same order
- Approval sample measured in daylight
OOZOM will keep widening its body parts coverage for HAVAL, the H6 HEV and the wider Great Wall family so importers can source a verified haval h6 front bumper, a complete haval body kit or the matching grille hardware in one order. Send us your VINs and part numbers and our pre-sales engineers will confirm fitment, quote finish, packaging and lead time, and stay available after delivery for any fitment question that arises. Ask for a quotation and a one piece sample, and we will show you how the parts fit before you commit a container.
